"" NICOLL'S NEW REGISTERED PALETOT HAS all those advantages -which secured such General popularity to Messrs . iNIicoll ' s original paletot , that is to say , as it avoids giving to the wearer au outre ap-™ £ rance that professional men , and airothers , can u ? eit SSinff morning and afternoon , in or out of doors . Secondly , there is an absence of unnecessary seams , thus securing a more graceful outline , and a great saving in wear ; the t atter advantage is considerably enhanced by the application of a peculiar and neatly stitched binding , the mode ^ SXn ^ aW w REGISTERED PALETOT can b ° had of 11 . J- and D . NICOLL , 114 , 110 , 118 , and 120 . Regent-street , and 22 , Cornhill .

A NEW DEPARTMENT FOR YOUTH Sec-HJ . and D . NICOLL recommend for anout-• side Coat the Havelbck and Patent Cape Paletot ; and for ordinary use the Cape Suit , such being well adapted forvoung gentlemen , on account of exhibiting considerable economy with cennral excellence . Gentlemen at Eton , Harrow and Winchester , the Military Naval Schools , waited on bv appointment . FOR LADIES NICOLL'S PATENT HIGHLAND CLOAK is a combination of utility , elegance , and comfort . No Lady having soon or used such in travelling , for morning wear or for covering full dress , would willingly be without one . It somewhat resembles the old Spanish Rpquelaire , and has au elastic Capneine Hood . It is not cumbersome or heavy , and measures from 12 to 1 ( 3 yards round the outer edge , falling in graceful folds from the shoulders ; but by a mechanical contrivance ( such being a part of the Patent ) the wearer can instantly form semi-sleeves , and thus leave the arms at liberty : at the same time the Cloak can be made as quickly to resume its original shape . The materials chiefly used for travelling are the soft neutralrcoloured shower-proof Woollen Cloths manufactured by this firm , but for the promenade other materials are provided . The price will be two guineas aud a half for each Cloak ; but with the Mecanitme and a lined Hood a few shillings more are charged . This department is attended to by Cutters , who prepare Mantles of all kinds ? , with Velvet , Fur , or Cloth Jackets , either for in or out-door use . These at all times - like this Firm ' s Riding Habit—are in good taste and fit well . Female attendants may also be seen for Pantalons des Dames a Cheval , partially composed of Chamois . As no measure is required , the Patent-Highland Cloak can be sent at once to any part of the Country , and is thus well adapted for a gift . H . J . and D . NICOLL , Warwick House , 112 and 144 , Regent-street , London .

NICOLL'S PATENT CAPE PALETOT offers tho following desideratum : the Cape descends from tho front part of the shoulders , and forms a species of sleeve for each arm ., both are at perfect freedom , having-to pass through enlarged apertures in the side Or body of the Paletot ; these apertures , however , are duly covered by the Cape , which does riot appear at the back part of the Paletot , but only in tho front , and thus servos to form hanging sleeves , at the same time concealing the hands when placed iii the pockets . Tho garment is . ' altogether mosC convenient and graceful in appearance , and can in London alone be had of H 7 J . and D . NICHOLL . 114 , HO , US , and 120 , REGENTSTREET ; and 22 , CORNHILL .

CAUTION . IN" consequence of many impudent attempts to deceive the public , it is necessary to state that all Messrs . Njcoll's manufactures may be distinguished by a trado mark , consisting of a silk label attached to eich specimen ; to co ]> y this is fraud , and mav be thus detected : if tho garment is dark-coloured , the label has a black ground , with the firm's narao and address woven by tho Jacquard loom in goldcoloured silk ; if tho garment is light-coloured , the label has a pale drab ground , and rod lettors . Each garment is marked in plain figures , at a iixod moderate price , and is of tho best materials . H , J . nnd D . Nicoll have recognised agents in various parts of the United Kingdom and Colonies , and any information forwarded through them will bo thankfully acknowledged or paid for , so that tho same may lead to the prosecution of any porson copying their trado mark , or making an unfair use of their nanio ; that is to say , in such » manner as may bo calculated to mislead . -,, „« . , t ( Signed ) H . J . and D . NICOLL , ¦ ItEGENT-STltEET and CO UN HILL , London .
