They have refused to recognise the practice of giving commissions to induce a preference in bringing business to them ; and in the extension of the Society by means of Agencies , th « y have kept steadily in view the importance of its being represented—whether in the case of Agents or Medical Advisers—by peraons in whom they can place full reliance .
