At the first division a return of 20 per cent , in cash on the premiums paid was declared ; this will allow a permanent reduction in the future annual payment for life of from 8 £ to 11 per cent ., according to the age , and a reversionary increase varying 1 from 16 to 28 per cent , on the premiums , or from 1 to 3 per cent , on the sum assured .
