THE NEW REFORM BILL . ^ Thb foUowing are the schedules attached to the important , measure . It will be seen that the schedules of disfcanchisement , A and B , would vacate 62 seats—viz ., A 29 , and B 33 . The total disfraachisement of boroughs therefore comprises 62 seats . With respect to additional members , Schedule C gives 46 , Schedule D 10 , and Schedule E 6 ; total , 62 . THE BRITISH WAE CONTINGENT . War dawns upon us in earnest , and this day the first section of the British contingent for the defence of Turkey leaves our shores . We arc about to send ten thousand elioice infantry to the defunee of Turkey . The division will consist of three battalions of the Guards—the 4 th , 28 th , 33 rd , 50 th , 77 th , and 93 rd ltcgiments of tlie line , and the second battalion of the Rifle Brigade . Tlie Artillery force will include five field batteries , and one brigade for small-arm ball cartridge . Keapecting the cavalry nothing has been decided .
