NATURE'S TRUE REMEDY . DR . TOWNSEND'S SARSAPAKILLA . There arp three principal avenues by which Nature expels from the body what is necessary should bo expelled thorefrom . These three are the Stool , the Urine , and the Pores . These must be kept in a healthy condition , or disease is certain . This is a fixed and positive law ; ami no human being can safely disregard it . Now , when tho system is diseased , it is the first grand object to sot all these functions at work , both to expel Disease , and to restore tho Health . Tho bowels must "be opened , cleansed , soothed , and strengthened ; tho urino muut bo made to flow healthfully and naturally , and to throw off tho impurities of tho blood ; the liver and stomach must be regulated ; and above all , Iho pores must bo opened , and the skin made healthy . These tilings dono , mid Nature will go to her work ; and vuddy health will sit smiling upon the check ; and life will benffnin a luxury . london . Priday Evening , October 10 , 1856 . The state of affairs here in the City is still so gloomy that the Bank of England has found it necessary , without waiting fortbe regular weekly day of meeting , to raise again the rate of discount to 6 per oenfe . for short bill * and 7 for long ; this * combined with the still critical state of the Preuch Money Markets , has been the cause of further depression in Consols since last week . On Saturday last they were quoted 92 f , 93 for the November account , and they are now at 92 J . She settling took place on the 8 th- insfc . The contango wjw very heavy , viz-, 6 per cent . There has been for the hut few days quite a panic in the old 6 per cent Turks ; they have fallen from I 01 J , that is , the making up price last account , to 9 U 92 x . d . This extraordinary drop is , it is said , owing to a report that the Turkish Government had been obliged to borrow the money to pay the dividend . This , however , appears to be without foundation , and it is far more likely that the Joint-Stock Banks , who have been large holders of these Turkish Bonds have thrown them , on the market in consequence of the public confidence not having been restored since the failure of the Royal British , fearing a run tipotitnem , and thus occasioning depression in the market . ! £ his at least may be in some measure the cause of a fall , but surety hardly sufficient for a drop of 7 per cent . There has not been a great deal of business doing in the Railway Markets during the past week , but on the whole they look gOOd . . . : ¦ . , ; . : . .- ¦; .. ; .- . - . ' ' ¦ ¦¦¦ ' : ¦ ¦ . ... Dtjbino the ^ reek the arrivals of Forein Wheat have been rather liberal , and chiefly from the Russian ports in the Baltic ; but tie supplies or English continue moderate . Tbo trade on the spot ia very ftrm , tout without much animation . The supply of Barley is limited , and former rates are firmly maintained . There is a steady sale for Oats at former prices . In . other articles there ia no alteration . The arrivals off tbe Coast , since our last report , have not been so numerous as was expected , owing to the prevalence of easterly winds ; and the demand for Wheat has been sufficient to cause prices gradually to advance .
